Member’s needs and expectations met; and improvements to be picked up.

We thank members for responding, and for the level of response, to the survey. There is high satisfaction with Opening Hours, Menu and Drinks, Standard and Presentation of Service, Pricing, Functions and Events, and the Atmosphere within the Clubhouse. 41 completed responses were received back (by the time of the draw). We congratulate the winners of the draw – Mrs Carol Clarke and Mr Peter Pearson – winning £25 and £10 Fox’s Chandlery Vouchers respectively.
Key matters to be picked up for the future are: a broader menu with more choice and more specials being offered, with changes to the menu over time; and a more extensive and better range of hot drinks being available.
