Starters

 

Minestrone soup and herby croutons

 

Bacon and rosemary stuffed mushrooms

 

Smoked salmon mousse with dressed salad and toasted ciabatta

 

 

 

 

Mains

 

Beef bourguignon served with a timbale of wild rice

 

Mustard stuffed chicken breast, rolled in bacon served with a creamy mushroom sauce

 

Fruity couscous stuffed pepper topped with halloumi cheese

 

-served with a selection of vegetables and potatoes-

 

 

 

 

Desserts

 

Red wine poached pears in a brandy snap basket

 

Selection of cheese and biscuits
